We then track each item through the disposal process that includes collation of serial and asset numbers into a database to ensure we can provide an accurate list of assets disposed, all linked to a final Disposal Certificate.

 

We issue a certificate and environmental report that breaks goods into component parts, defining the percentage processed. This process generally achieves over a 90% success rate for goods being treated in an environmental manner.

 

Resale - supporting the spirit of the directive regulatory bodies, this popular choice is often a cost neutral solution and can even provide funds back via a credit note for additional UnifyBCS services.

 

Working from a list of assets, we offer items with potential second user value for sale to trusted partners and markets, working to secure the best deal then sharing any profit after costs with the original owner.

 

Onsite Shredding - tailored to customers who do not want to use Blancco or are destroying tapes and HDD that contain sensitive data in bulk quantity, this is especially attractive to finance, healthcare and public sector organisations. Items are shredded into fragments in your presence.
